contact@mypokercaptain.comDo I need to install anything?
No. MyPokerCaptain runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. On a computer, Chrome and Edge can also install it as an app, though you do not need to. The room screen shows on a TV plugged in via HDMI or on a smart TV.
What happens if the internet drops during a tournament?
Nothing stops. On the director’s device, the clock, eliminations and cash desk carry on, everything is saved on the device, and the app reopens even without a network, as long as it has been opened once online on that device. When the connection is back, everything is sent to the server without reloading the page. A TV plugged into that device via HDMI follows the clock without internet (Casino plan); screens opened on other devices keep the clock but freeze the player count and prize pool, and PDF reports wait for the network.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or stay on the free plan, without being billed automatically.
Can I bring over my existing structures?
Yes. Start from one of our templates — Deepstack, Turbo, Sit & Go, Satellite — or enter your structure level by level, then save it as a reusable template.
How many players and tournaments at once?
Up to 1 200 players per tournament. The free plan handles one active tournament; from Home Games up, tournaments are unlimited, and from Club up, up to 4 clocks can share a screen.
Can my players follow the tournament on their phone?
Yes: a QR code shown on the room screen opens live blinds, time remaining, standings and payouts, with no app to install.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate, downgrading takes effect at the end of the period. Tournaments in progress are never interrupted.
Where is my data stored?
With a hosting provider located in the European Union, backed up continuously. You can export your club's entire history at any time.
