Each tool answers a question a poker tournament organizer asks, in the order they ask it.
- What structure? The blind structure calculator gives the levels, the breaks and the likely finishing time from the number of players, the stack and how long you want to play.
- Which chips to hand out? The chip calculator makes up each player’s stack from the chips in your case, and keeps enough in the bank to pay for rebuys.
- How much for each place? The payout calculator splits the prize pool, rake deducted, with the club or festival structure.

What the tools have in common

Frequently asked questions
Are the tools really free?
Yes, with no account, no limit and no ads. They are there to introduce MyPokerCaptain, the poker tournament management software, which calculates the same way.
Are my settings saved?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser, and your settings only live in the page address: that is what lets you share a link that reopens the same calculation. The site only counts, without identifying you, that a tool was used.
In what order should I use the tools?
In the order of a game night: the blind structure first, which sets the starting stack; then the chip distribution, to make up the stacks; the payout calculator, to announce the payouts; and the clock, which plays the structure during the tournament.
How is this different from MyPokerCaptain?
