The whole tournament, from the clock to the end-of-night cash-up

A web app that works offline

MyPokerCaptain opens in the browser of a computer, tablet or phone: there is nothing to install. The clock, eliminations and cash desk keep working without a connection, and everything syncs as soon as the network is back, with no data lost. If the venue Wi-Fi drops mid-level, the clock keeps running.

Tournament clock and blind structure

The clock shows the current level, blinds, ante, time remaining and the next level. Levels, antes, breaks and the end of the rebuy period are set once. Sound alerts mark the end of each level, with a one-minute warning.

Players, rebuys and add-ons

Registrations, rebuys, add-ons and eliminations take one tap, with a confirmation step so nobody gets knocked out by mistake. A tournament can hold up to 1,200 players.

Seating and table balancing

Seat draws, table balancing and table breaks are suggested automatically: the director confirms, the players move. Seating and balancing are included from the Home Games plan.

Payouts

Payouts are calculated from a club scale, a festival scale or manual entry, with the rounding you choose. The payout locks at the bubble. The free plan offers manual payouts; automatic payouts start with Home Games.

Cash desk

Every payment is recorded: buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons. The end-of-night cash-up is itemised and saved as a PDF report.

League and standings

The league applies a club, festival or Sit & Go points scale, and standings are recalculated after every tournament. The full season history stays available. Leagues are part of the Club plan.

Multi-day events

Multi-day tournaments run end to end: Day 1 flights, bag & tag (controlled chip bagging), Day 2 seat draw and final day, with no re-entry of data. Each Day’s PDF report is emailed to its players. Multi-day events are part of the Casino plan.

Tournament display screen

The clock shows on a TV, connected over HDMI or opened on a smart TV, with your sponsors’ logos. Up to 4 tournaments can share the same screen.

Player view by QR code

A QR code on the venue screen opens the tournament on each player’s phone: blinds, time remaining, places paid and prizes, live, with no app to install. The player view is part of the Casino plan.

Eleven interface languages

The app is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.

Data hosted in the European Union

Data is hosted in the European Union and backed up continuously. A club’s full history can be exported at any time.

Planned

These features are not available yet:

• player registration from a Wix website;
• installable Windows app and import of Tournament Director files;
• multiple venues, public API and ticket printing (Casino plan).
