Take your poker club's registrations from Wix
Registration from a club's Wix website is a planned MyPokerCaptain feature: it is not available yet, and no date has been announced. The goal is for players to sign up on the club's website and for their registration to reach the tournament without being retyped.
Where the feature stands
As of 30 September 2026, registration from a Wix website is not available in MyPokerCaptain. The feature is planned, and this page describes what it aims to do; it will be updated the day the feature opens. Nothing below should be read as available before that update.
The problem: retyping every registration
When a club takes registrations on its Wix website, it currently has to copy them into its tournament software by hand. That means a list to transfer before every game night, duplicates to spot, and now and then a player who signed up online but whom nobody expects at the door. Connecting the club’s website to the tournament removes that retyping.
How it will work
The club announces its tournament on its Wix website, players sign up there, and each registration lands in the tournament’s player list in MyPokerCaptain, without retyping.
- The club creates its tournament in MyPokerCaptain, as it does today.
- It announces it on its Wix website.
- Players sign up on the club’s website: through a form, a Wix event, or the Spaces by Wix mobile app, where members follow their club’s site.
- The registration appears in the tournament, in the player list the director opens on the night.
That is the goal. The details — which Wix pages are supported, which plan it belongs to — will be set out when it opens.
What you can do today
MyPokerCaptain already avoids retyping from one tournament to the next, thanks to the club’s member list. Each player is entered once: name, nickname, membership number and, if you like, an email address. When creating a tournament, the director ticks the expected members, who are registered in advance; anyone else, member or guest, is added on arrival.

In MyPokerCaptain, from the club's member list. Each player is entered once; when creating a tournament, the director ticks the members who are expected and they are registered in advance. Anyone else, member or guest, is added on arrival.
Do I need a Wix website to use MyPokerCaptain?
No. MyPokerCaptain works without any website: registrations are handled in the app. The Wix integration, once available, is meant for clubs that already have a Wix site.
My club's website runs on another platform. Is it planned?
