MyPokerCaptain runs a poker club's game nights and its league across a whole season, from a web browser. The Club plan costs €12.99 per month, tax included, with a 14-day trial and no credit card.
A league without spreadsheets
A club’s league lives in MyPokerCaptain instead of a spreadsheet. Every tournament of the season is attached to it, and the standings are recalculated at the end of each night using the scale you choose: club, festival or Sit & Go. The season’s history stays available with no time limit.
A cash desk you can account for
Every payment is recorded: buy-in, rebuy, add-on. The end-of-night cash-up is itemised, and the PDF report keeps a record of what was collected — what a treasurer needs to show the committee.
Volunteers who take turns
The club owner invites tournament directors by email. Each volunteer runs games from their own account and finds the club’s tournaments, players and history, whoever ran the previous night.
The club’s own hardware is enough
An old laptop and a TV are all you need: MyPokerCaptain runs in the browser, and the display screen shows on a TV connected over HDMI or on a smart TV. Your sponsors’ logos appear under the clock. If the venue Wi-Fi drops, the clock, eliminations and cash desk keep working.
From club nights to events
A club that runs a festival or a multi-day tournament moves up to the Casino plan (€47.99 per month): Day 1 flights, bag & tag, Day 2 seat draw, QR code player view and PDF reports emailed to players.

The Club plan, at €12.99 per month or €129.90 per year. On top of Home Games it adds the league with automatically calculated standings, simultaneous tournaments, bounties, a custom clock, sponsor logos and unlimited history.
Can several volunteers run the club's tournaments?
Yes. The club owner invites directors by email. Each one signs in with their own account and finds the club's tournaments, players and history.
How are league standings calculated?
You choose a points scale — club, festival or Sit & Go — and the standings are recalculated automatically at the end of every tournament in the season.
